Chris is one of a handful of magicians world-wide to hold a university degree in product design. Those twin skills of performing and designing allow Chris to create unique, original ideas for the global magic community. As a magic consultant, Chris has worked around the world and provided guidance to magicians with technical and performance aspects of their shows.
Mac King, Vegas Headliner
In 2018, Chris personally delivered one of his original illusions to top Vegas performer, Mac King. Mac’s been called the best comedy magician on the planet by Penn & Teller. When Mac introduces a new illusion in his show, he wants the best. The best is what Chris provides.

Rick Wilcox, Illusionist
Rick and Susan Wilcox own a beautiful 500-seat theatre in Wisconsin Dells. This is where they have presented a full-scale illusion show for 20 years. Chris has used his design and performing skills to create new props, modify existing props, write original scripts and fine-tune staging. He’s been a magic consultant to Rick and Susan for over 8 years!
The Amazing Magicians
In 2017, Chris consulted on the most expensive TV magic series ever. “The Amazing Magicians” was produced in China, where Chris spent 17 weeks designing cutting-edge magic, auditioning performers and coaching China’s top magicians.
This stage, like the show, was amazing! It was custom built over several months on a sound stage in Nanjing. JSBC produced the ground-breaking show that was over a year and a half in the making.

Tru TV, Big Trick Energy
In 2020, Chris was chosen to design and build several props for Tru TV’s Big Trick Energy, staring Chris Ramsey, Eric Leclerc, Alex Boyer and Wes Barker. With a tight deadline for the design and build, Chris delivered props that were original, amazing and quick to master.
